I'm sure this will go down in history...

as the gift somebody had to work the hardest for.

On Wednesday I wrote about a project I'm busy working on.  Obviously I haven't shared any details yet because I'm not finished yet.  And so after Wednesday (click here) I printed out all 292 songs Paul wrote to date - yes, that's how many he has done.  I know!  That's a whole lot of songs!  Yesterday I dropped off a file with all the songs with the instruction and kindly asked that Paul please go through it so he could let me know of anything that needs fixing.  Must say I feel really guilty because it took him 10 hours to go through it and quite a few mistakes I had to fix.

I hate making mistakes, but this was an important step because I need everything to be perfect for the next stage of what I need to do.  I made some really stupid mistakes and I'm just glad it was friend Paul who was here and not teacher Paul because if this was a test I would have failed miserably.  At least I gave him a few laughs so that's alright!

When I saw this image that Sue shared today, I couldn't help smiling.  It absolutely fitted in with my day today!

How was your Friday?  What are your plans for the weekend?

I must admit there were a few more mistakes than I was bargaining for. I am extremely grateful to you for taking such an involved interest in my music. I have great confidence my bit of work and your great commitment to the project will result in something that both of us will be proud of!

Love your little punctuation comment!

I don't know how our Friday will be as it has only started for us. Looks like we will do some more exploring though this weekend.

I can't wait to hear about the finished product :) Lea, anyone who is on the receiving end or involved in one of your projects is guaranteed a great time or surprise, because of the commitment and enthusiasm you put in to it :) I look forward to seeing Paul's reaction :)

I bet there's a lot more untapped creative skill we've yet to see from you :)
